Terms and Conditions

Please take your time reading our Terms and Conditions.  By using our online shopping cart system to checkout.  Acknowledges that you have read and fully understand our terms and conditions. 
 Product Warranty 
All new and refurbished equipment come with a one year warranty.  Bargain Sale items are sold with a 90 day warranty.  Extended warranties are available.  Product warranty does not include improper installation, improper programming or damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, physical abuse or accidental mishaps.

Return Policy
NO ITEM can be returned without first obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  A RMA number can be obtained by calling our sales department.  Product must be returned in original carton with all materials and documentation.  Product will not be accepted until a complete inspection is approved by our quality control department.  If the product is found to be missing items, documentation, misuse, neglected, improperly installed or indicate any signs of physical damage.  It will be returned and the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be assessed.  All non-defected items returned will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.  All manuals ordered online must be cancelled within one hour of placing order to avoid being charged on credit card.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER A CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED!  We do keep a log file of every file that has been downloaded from our servers. This allow us to monitor and control illegal activities and to assist credit card companies in any questionable activities.   

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling charges will be FOB.  We ship by UPS, FedEx and USPS.  All orders come with free ground shipping.  Most orders are processed and ship within 24 hours on business days (Mon.-Fri).  For orders requiring Next Day or 2 Day delivery, please select the the appropriate shipping method on checkout and select the update order button.  Based on stock availability.

Technical Support
We currently don't provide technical support.  However we do provide our customers with resources were they can receive technical support and installation on the products we sell.    

Payment Options
We accept the following forms of payment, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept business and personal checks, however, No Order will be processed until check clears the Banking Institution for which it was drawn. Our shopping cart and online ordering system has a Secure Server Lock. You can also pay with your credit card on Pay Pal which has secured online transaction security.
